Field day and a visit to the elementary school where Ruby and Elsie go to school. Annie will go there next fall as a kindergardener!
We went to La Jolla beach where there were many, many seals. Two of the seals turned out to be grandpa Dade and Chris, Ryan and Nicki's friend!

In the midst of family fun, Sophie is preparing her talk for Father's Day. Way to go Sophie!!
Annie is talking to Ryan on the phone while Nicki listens in. Ryan and family try to talk daily by phone and also have prayer together.
Caleb and Elsie are becoming great swimmers! It was a surprise to see how much Caleb looks like Ryan while swimming in the water. Watching these kids brought back many memories of watching our swimmers in the water for many a year!
Here they are--"the crew" who keep things hopping at the Williams' home. Ruby and Annie sure are becoming good gymnasts too! We wish we were that flexible!!

There are no photos of our car drive up to Provo. What a nice, big comfortable car they have. Selma was a great passenger in the very back and Elsie took good care of her. We had the first, "Are we there yet," from Annie or Ruby after about 1 1/2 hours of driving. My question is this: how can Nicki drive and also calmly instruct and correct kids at the same time? (all while maintaining sanity???)
We had a grand time, and I hope this little tour helps everyone feel more connected to the San Diego Crew (minus Ryan at this time :()
